Refund policy

Drop Lock products are supplied for professional and organisational use. Returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the order and the condition of the product.

Returns Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or altered
  • Custom or bulk orders supplied to specific requirements
  • Items returned without prior approval

Damaged or Faulty Items

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order details
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence

Once reviewed, a replacement or refund will be arranged where appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Returns must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit
